Client readiness, composed

Know what is ready.Act on what is not.

DocuChase is designed to bring evidence, constraints, decisions, and readiness into one controlled operating view.

The product, in motion

Three tasks. One controlled operating story.

Each position is reserved for a verified workflow recording captured inside the actual DocuChase application—not a marketing reconstruction.

Workflow preview 01 · Clients

Start with the relationship, not the inbox.

The implemented client workflow opens from the portfolio, validates the relationship record, and returns the new client to the operating view.

The operating model

Evidence is not readiness.

An upload is one event. Readiness depends on the evidence present, the work still open, and the professional decision that follows.

The work behind the state

Clarity comes from preserving the whole operating story.

01 · Readiness

See the conditions behind the state.

Missing items, exceptions, deadlines, and file status stay visible as separate operating signals.

02 · Client journey

Keep the whole progression in view.

Collection, preparation, review, and filing remain connected instead of becoming isolated handoffs.

03 · Control

Access and sharing remain explicit.

Who can access the work, what can be shared, and when it moves stay inside a visible governance boundary.

04 · Operating intelligence

Prepared insight keeps its supporting record.

Patterns become useful only when reviewers can return to the evidence and operating context behind them.

Workflow model

From request to complete, with the record intact.

The designed sequence keeps requesting, collection, follow-up, and completion visible as one controlled workflow. Outbound execution remains subject to its certified channel boundary.

  1. 01Request
  2. 02Collect
  3. 03Remind
  4. 04Complete

Workflow preview 02 · Requests

Build the request around its real context.

Client, request package, and delivery context belong in one coherent flow. Outbound delivery remains release-gated until a certified provider sandbox is attached.

One operating language

From preparation to firm intelligence.

  1. 01 · Preparation

    Context comes together.

Evidence and open work remain visible as distinct inputs.

  2. 02 · Readiness

    The operating state becomes clear.

Disconnected facts resolve into one explainable view.

  3. 03 · Control

    Boundaries become explicit.

Scope and authority stay visible before any action moves forward.

  4. 04 · Intelligence

The firm sees the pattern—and its cause.

Movement becomes useful without losing the underlying record.

Workflow preview 03 · Assistant

Ask the operating question. Keep the decision visible.

The final Assistant design keeps the question, supporting context, prepared work, and human decision boundary in the same review moment.

Security boundary

Security should be inspectable.

DocuChase’s document-security architecture treats encryption, authorization, and provider scope as distinct boundaries that can be examined independently.

  1. 01
    Ciphertext before storage

Each file is encrypted in the browser with a unique AES-256-GCM key.

  2. 02
    Firm key wrapped at rest

The document key is wrapped to the firm using RSA-OAEP.

  3. 03
    Firm-scoped authorization

Ownership checks precede short-lived retrieval URLs.

  4. 04
    Provider assurance, clearly scoped

Hosted on infrastructure providers that maintain SOC 2 Type 2 attestations. Provider reports apply to provider services—not to DocuChase as a whole.
