Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The DocuChase Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved partners ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new customers to DocuChase. By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms.

2. Commission Structure

  • Rate: 30% recurring commission on all subscription payments from referred users.
  • Duration: Commissions are earned for as long as the referred customer maintains an active paid subscription.
  • Annual plans: For annual subscriptions, the full 30% commission is paid upfront at the time of payment.
  • Free tier: Referrals who sign up for the free plan do not generate commissions until they upgrade to a paid plan.

3. Attribution & Tracking

  • Referrals are tracked via a unique link with a 90-day cookie attribution window.
  • Last-click attribution is used — if a visitor clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent click before signup receives credit.
  • Referrals are only valid for new DocuChase customers who have not previously had an account.

4. Payouts

  • Minimum payout threshold: $100 USD.
  • Payouts are processed via PayPal or bank transfer upon request.
  • Commissions have a 30-day holding period before becoming eligible for payout.
  • DocuChase reserves the right to reverse commissions from refunded or fraudulent transactions.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Self-referrals (referring your own account) are strictly prohibited.
  • Bidding on DocuChase branded keywords in paid advertising.
  • Using misleading, deceptive, or spammy promotional methods.
  • Creating fake accounts or incentivizing signups with external rewards.
  • Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any form of artificial traffic generation.

6. Approval & Termination

All affiliate applications are subject to manual review and approval. DocuChase reserves the right to reject applications, suspend, or terminate affiliate accounts at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, pending commissions below the minimum payout threshold will be forfeited.

7. Modifications

DocuChase may modify these terms, commission rates, or program structure at any time with 30 days written notice. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
