Customer proof · Approval gated

Evidence before endorsement.

Customer proof is valuable only when the relationship, quote, and measurement are real, current, and approved for public use.

Publication status

No customer evidence is currently published

DocuChase will not invent firm names, display unapproved logos, write synthetic testimonials, or present internal estimates as customer outcomes. Approved evidence can be added here without changing this standard.

Evidence acceptance standard

What must be true before publication

Written customer approval

Company name, logo, spokesperson identity, quote, and distribution channels must be approved before publication.

Traceable measurement

Outcome claims require a defined baseline, sample window, calculation method, and named owner who can reproduce the result.

Current attribution

Titles, company relationships, and quotes are rechecked before launch and removed when permission expires.

No implied endorsement

A customer relationship alone is not permission to display a logo or suggest endorsement of security or compliance claims.

Case-study record

Each future case study will carry enough context for a buyer to understand what changed and what the result does not prove.
