Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions to DocuChase can be canceled at any time. When you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with DocuChase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, we offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee for all new accounts.

If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, we will refund 100% of your payment, no questions asked.

3. Renewals and Subsequent Charges

Refunds are generally not provided for renewal charges. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date if you do not wish to continue using the service. However, if you forget to cancel and reach out to us within 48 hours of a renewal charge, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund for that renewal.
